Young Panthers Squad Concludes Polish Football League Season

The young Panthers Wrocław team had to acknowledge the superiority of the more experienced Warsaw Mets in the quarterfinal of the Polish Football League. In the game held in Marki, near Warsaw, the hosts came out on top with a 58–42 victory.

The average age of the Panthers Wrocław roster competing in the Polish Football League was around 22 years old. Despite being significantly younger and less experienced, the Wrocław players fought bravely throughout all four quarters of the quarterfinal against the second-best team in the Northern Group – the Warsaw Mets. The offensive unit, in particular, deserves high praise, putting up an impressive 42 points. Kacper Chorążewski was in outstanding form. The 16-year-old wide receiver caught three touchdown passes – notably, two of them came after a vicious head hit delivered by an opposing player. In addition to Kacper, touchdowns for the Panthers were also scored by Jan Wroński, Tomasz Burdziński, and Joshua Carthwright.

The young Panthers did everything they could to win and reach the semifinals, but the Warsaw Mets proved too strong on the day. As a result, the Wrocław team has officially ended its 2025 season in the Polish Football League. Every player and coach on the staff deserves recognition – it was a fantastic year, and the experience gained will undoubtedly pay off in the future.

To the entire Panthers Nation – thank you for your support in every Polish Football League game. This is not goodbye, but a "see you soon" at the upcoming European League of Football matches.
