Roster moves at QB, WR, and DB positions

Roster changes after the third round of the European League of Football. Steven Duncan is parting ways with our team. Taking his place on the roster will be John Uribe, who was our quarterback at the end of the 2022 season.
Martin Marcacci is also released, and Daniel Bender is placed on the IR list. Taking their places will be William James (DB) and Matt Cole (WR), who are returning to the team after injuries.
