Panthers Ultimate will return to the game in April. Meanwhile, the team uses the offseason break not only for training, but also to strengthen the squad. Kamil Osiecki and Daniel Błach joined the Panthers Wrocław roster.
Kamil Osiecki is a 29-year-old with impressive physical conditions - he is 191 cm tall, weighs 83 kg, and his preferred position is D cut. He has been playing ultimate frisbee since 2013. His achievements include Polish championship and the title of MVP in the open and mixed category and the European championship, as well as performances for the Polish national team at the European and World Championships and The World Games.
- I want to earn my place on the team, and that involves teamwork, integration, and supporting the Panthers in every way possible, from giving advice to carrying water. I want to be proud of the team's performance as well as my own. I always give my best and expect the same from my teammates. I want to be an example of hard work and motivation – says Osiecki.
The second new addition to the Panthers is Daniel Błach - a 23-year-old player with an equally impressive height - 193 cm at 65 kg - who prefers to play as a cutter offense. Błach started his ultimate career in 2014, joining his school's Flow team. He played for the country's U20 national team, he also played at the World and European championships. One of his greatest achievements is the 8th place at the U24 World Championships in the mixed category. He also has a long list of successes with Flow Wrocław and The Bridge.
– My goal for the 2023 season is to fight as equals with the best teams in Europe and to enter the top eight of the continent with Panthers Wrocław – announces Błach.
