I joined the Panthers because I heard they have the best fans and game day atmosphere. The opportunity to play American football at a highest level in Europe, especially in such a respected team, was something I couldn’t pass up. Additionally, I thought it’d be a great adventure to play in Poland and try to master a little bit of Polish. Poland has been awesome, Wrocław has such a great vibe - lots of history, culture, and places to explore. The Olympic Stadium is incredible – the first time I stepped on that field, I felt like I was in a movie. Panthers fans, your energy is what keeps us going! I’m thrilled to be here and can’t wait to give my all on the field. If you see me around town, feel free to say hi! – says Norwood.
Norwood will debut in the away game against the Vienna Vikings. The Polish-Austrian clash will take place on Saturday, June 29th at 18:00 in Vienna. The game will be broadcast starting at 17:55 on Polsat Sport 3, Polsat Box Go, and the league's streaming platform.
The next
home game for the Panthers will be on July 7th, when they will host the Prague Lions at the Olympic Stadium.
