College Experience and Success with the St. Clair College Saints

Panthers Wrocław have strengthened their offensive line by bringing in Ezzat Elnagmi. The player has accumulated extensive experience both on the collegiate and professional levels.

Elnagmi began his career with the St. Clair College Saints, where he won the Ontario Football Conference (OFC) championship twice. In 2019, he was recognized as the OFC Offensive Lineman of the Year. He also served as the team captain, which helped him develop his leadership skills. "Playing with the St. Clair College Saints taught me the value of leadership, discipline, and building a championship mentality. I took pride in mentoring younger players, fostering a winning culture, and holding myself accountable to the highest standards," Elnagmi reflects.

Professional Development with the Montreal Alouettes

After his success in college football, Elnagmi joined the Montreal Alouettes, a team competing in the Canadian Football League (CFL). Facing top-level competition in this league allowed him to hone his skills under pressure. "I gained experience at the professional level, facing elite competition and adapting to high-pressure situations. I learned how to handle complex defensive schemes, refine my technique against top-tier talent, and maintain peak physical and mental performance throughout a long season," he explains.

"I’m still looking to get stronger and faster and take my technique to the next level and become one of the smartest linemen in the league," he states.

Mental Preparation for Games

Elnagmi places great importance on his pre-game rituals, which help him get into the right mindset. "I go for a walk and visualize the game and think about the outcome I want and how I want to feel after four quarters. I pray before every game, seeking protection for myself and my teammates and to keep us strong and united when going to battle together," he reveals.

Season Priorities

The offensive lineman has a clear goal for the upcoming season. "For me, the vision is clear: championship. I want to invest into the community so they can continue to invest and support us. With every great franchise, you always need that 12th man in the stands," he emphasizes.

Support for the Team

Elnagmi is also committed to supporting his teammates in every way possible. "My teammates can expect me to be available, whether that’s to get some extra work in, have a talk, watch film, stretch – whatever it is, I will be there for them," he says.
