Just before the halfway point of the regular season of the European League of Football, there have been further changes in the roster of Panthers Wrocław. The Wrocław team has been joined by a new player from the United States.

Defensive back Lee Pitts bids farewell to Wrocław after only two matches. The American suffered a clavicle injury during the game against Prague Lions, which rules him out for the rest of the season. His place in the team will be taken by his compatriot, Daniel Bender.

Bender is a player whose name may be familiar from Polish fields, as he was previously a wide receiver for Jaguars Kąty Wrocławskie. However, the versatile American will strengthen the defensive backs formation in Panthers Wrocław. Interestingly, Bender is well acquainted with Tony Tate, with whom he played at the same university. Both players are graduates of Western Illinois University.

Daniel Bender will make his debut on July 9th in an away game against Hamburg Sea Devils. The match can be watched live from 12:55 pm on Polsat Sport News or Gamepass.
