Time for a Rematch with Nordic Storm!

This Saturday, the Panthers Wrocław will face Nordic Storm in a highly anticipated rematch. In their first encounter at the Olympic Stadium in Wrocław, it was the visiting team from Denmark that came out on top. Who will claim victory this time? We’ll find out on Saturday, with kickoff set for 6:00 PM.

Wrocław Heads to Copenhagen
Last week, Panthers Wrocław secured a dominant win over the German team Cologne Centurions, triumphing 57–3 on the road. With that victory, the Panthers bounced back and now hold a 2–2 record after four games. This performance is sure to boost the confidence of head coach Craig Kuligowski's squad heading into a tough stretch of upcoming matchups.

Their next opponent is the Danish-Swedish powerhouse Nordic Storm, a team that has yet to lose a game this season. In their debut year in the European League of Football, they’ve made quite an impression, starting the 2025 season with four straight wins. In Week 2, Panthers Wrocław clashed with the Storm, but the Scandinavian team proved too strong. Now, the Panthers are determined to return the favor – this time on Nordic Storm’s home turf.

"We suffered a loss in our first game against the team from Copenhagen, and that’s made everyone on the team – especially the defense – hungry for revenge. If each of us focuses on executing our individual tasks on the field, we’ll win this game.
We definitely want to come into this matchup with more aggression. Our opponents have big, physical players on both sides of the ball, so we’ll answer with the same – strength and physicality.
On defense, we also need to cut down on penalties, because that will be crucial to achieving a positive result. Nordic plays a fairly simple style of football, but they execute it with discipline and precision.
We know what tools they have on offense and defense, and we’re going to use that knowledge to our advantage.
