The most important event of the season for Panthers Ultimate is just around the corner. In late September and October, the Wroclaw-based team will participate in the European Ultimate Championship Finals (EUCF) taking place in Wrocław itself. As the current champions of Poland, Panthers aim to compete for top positions in this prestigious tournament. To mark this occasion, the team has prepared a video promoting the city of Wrocław and their participation in this event.
Panthers in action again
Panthers Wrocław will kick off their competition at the EUCF on September 29th with a match against the French team Tchac Ultimate, who were quarter-finalists in the 2018 World Championships and ranked 12th in the world last year. Their second opponent will be the Irish team Ranalegh Ultimate, the reigning European champions.
Over a thousand players from across Europe will participate in the tournament, which will last for three days (September 29th - October 1st) and take place at the Mars Fields and the Olympic Stadium in Wrocław.

We have a challenging task ahead of us, but we are highly motivated to strive for the top. Team line-ups have seen some changes, and while our opponents are of the highest caliber, we believe we have a chance. We intend to give our all to advance to the top eight of the tournament. We are training intensively, and our players feel they can stand shoulder to shoulder with the best. This is very encouraging for us because it signifies that we are breaking through a mental barrier, and Panthers Wroclaw are becoming a team to reckon with at the top level – says
Łukasz Dobranowski, marketing coordinator and player for Panthers Ultimate.
As part of the event promotion, the Wrocław team has prepared a video in which their players visit the most famous places in Wrocław.
Reinforcements ahead of the championships
Two experienced players from Warsaw, Krzysztof Zając and Michał Rudy, will join the Panthers Wrocław lineup for the European Championship Finals.

I watched live games during the EUCR and immediately realized that I still have the desire to play in the Open division this season. Tough competition and top-level rivalry – that's why I'm returning to the field - commented
Michał Rudy on his transfer. –
I know the guys from Panthers well from the Solaris project, and I had the pleasure of playing at EUCF in 2021 together with The Bridge. I saw the team's attitude both at the MPOW and EUCRs – all of this led to my choice to finish the 2023 season with them. I believe that together with Michał Rudy, we will pass the test and be real support for Panthers – added
Krzysztof Zając.
