Soon, Panthers Wrocław will start the main phase of preparations for the European League of Football season, which will start at the beginning of June. This is the perfect moment to announce the last name that will complement the coaching staff of the Wrocław team - the team will be joined by Ned Bingaman, an American specialist in the defensive line.
Panthers Wrocław will start their struggle with the strongest teams in Europe on June 3rd at the Olympic Stadium with a home game against Hamburg Sea Devils. The team has already completed its first training camps under the supervision of the coaching staff, which will be joined by Ned Bingaman in April.
The American coach spent the last three seasons with The University of St. Thomas team, where he specialized in training tight ends. In 2019, he graduated from Pittsburgh State University, where he was a leading player in the defensive line of the local Gorillas for four years, twice winning the prestigious title of Academic All-American in the 2nd NCAA division.
– I joined Panthers Wrocław because it is an organization that wants to constantly improve its level and is proud of its own achievements. Wrocław's defense is full of valuable players who can make a difference on the field, and Dave Likins is one of the best defensive coordinators in Europe. I want to become part of a club that Wrocław residents will be able to support with pride - I intend to contribute to raising the team to a level that will enable us to win the championship - announces Ned Bingaman - I know Coach Dave Christensen and the coaching staff are working hard to instill a winning culture in the players. Our staff consists of great coaches with strong characters who will do everything to achieve a common goal. Fans can expect a hard-working defensive line that will play with great commitment and make spectacular plays at every possible opportunity.
Thus, the coaching staff of Panthers Wrocław for the 2023 season is complete. It was headed by Dave Christensen - a trainer with almost 40 years of experience at the highest university levels in the USA, during which he educated future NFL players. Dave Likins - one of the best specialists in his field in Europe - remained the defensive coordinator.
As for the other positional coaches, in the 2023 season Panthers Wrocław's receivers will be taken care of by Gabe Landa - a young coach who in the past cooperated with coach Christensen in the Arizona State Sun Devils academic team, while the defensive backs formation will be developed under the supervision of Jamaal White - a former Panthers Wrocław player. The staff was also joined by Mason Keeler responsible for training the running backs and tight ends, and Ariel Back - former coach of, among others, Vienna Vikings who works with the offensive line.
Soon, Panthers Wrocław will also announce the last, tenth player from abroad, who will strengthen their team in the upcoming season.
