The spring’s sports event will arrive at Tarczyński Arena on May 26th. It is then that Panthers Wrocław will kick off the season of prestigious European American football competitions with a sensational clash against rivals from Berlin. Panthers Wrocław represents Poland in the prestigious European League of Football, which is the football equivalent of the Champions League. On Sunday, May 26th, at 1:00 p.m., the Wrocław team will face off against opponents from Germany – Berlin Thunder. It is not only a top-level encounter and a major hit of the European league but also the televised opening of the season – hence, the eyes of all of Europe will be on the capital of Lower Silesia. The event with the attractions zone in front of the stadium will start much earlier, at 10:00 a.m. Tickets can be purchased on Ticketmaster.
In mid-April, Panthers Wrocław players began training on the field at full strength – along with foreign players and under the supervision of an American coaching staff. The team does not hide that they aim high, and their goal for this season is to compete for the European championship, confirming at the same time the great interest in their first game.
