The Wrocław side entered the matchup as underdogs, facing a Viennese host that boasted a flawless 9-0 record and remained undefeated on the season. The hosts got off to a flying start, jumping out to a two-score lead in the first quarter. However, the resilient Panthers refused to back down, cutting the deficit to just one possession before halftime. Juan Flores-Calderon hauled in two touchdowns, with Mike Harley Jr. adding another.

Panthers steadily took control in the second half. The defense came up big with a crucial interception by Karlis Brauns, sparking momentum for the offense. Quarterback Jameson Wang, firing on all cylinders, led his unit back to erase the deficit and ultimately secure the hard-fought victory. Mike Harley Jr. scored his second touchdown of the game, while Bartosz Woch put up the game-deciding points. With this win, the Panthers dethroned one of the most dominant teams in European American football history.

On Sunday, August 16th, the Panthers will play their final home game of the 2026 season. They will host the London Warriors at the Olympic Stadium. Aside from the sporting thrills, a unique spectacle awaits the fans. To mark Polish Armed Forces Day, which falls the day before, the game will feature a „Military Day” theme - the Polish Army will visit the stadium, giving fans a close-up look at various military highlights.

The event will also feature a traditional American-style celebration. A special fan zone will be set up at the stadium, including food trucks, a children's area with inflatables, numerous surprises, and meet-and-greets with the team mascots. It is the perfect opportunity to spend time with the whole family, combining a picnic atmosphere with military ceremony, and to experience firsthand the unique vibe of Panthers Wrocław games.
