Panthers Wrocław aren’t slowing down. Alpine Rams defeated!

Panthers Wrocław add another victory to their account in the European competition, The League Europe. In front of their home crowd, the „Panthers” defeated the Swiss team Alpine Rams 44-14.

The first half of the game surprised both the players and the fans gathered in the stands of the Olympic Stadium. The guests from Switzerland displayed an incredibly bold game, impressing primarily with their offensive efficiency. The Alpine Rams took the lead twice, but the Wrocław team responded instantly each time. As a result, both teams went into halftime tied at 14-14.

However, a true show of strength from the hosts came in the third quarter. Highly motivated, the „Panthers” dominated their opponents in every element of the game. In just 15 minutes after the restart, the Wrocław team scored as many as 27 points, completely shutting down their opponents' offense. Ultimately, Panthers Wrocław sealed a confident triumph, winning by a margin of 30 points.

Wrocław's quarterback, Jameson Wang, played an outstanding game. The American was the absolute leader of the offense, recording five passing touchdowns and one rushing touchdown. In crucial moments, it was Wang who took on the responsibility of gaining the decisive yards.

Mike Harley Jr. also put on a great performance on offense, finding his way into the opponent's end zone twice. Maciej Krupa, Kacper Jaszewski, and Juan Flores-Calderon each added one touchdown for the Wrocław team.

On the other side of the ball, Deshon Hall Jr. led the way. The American defender recorded one sack and two tackles for loss. Another key moment of the match was a spectacular play by Marko Vidacković, who intercepted a pass early in the second half, sparking the Panthers' scoring avalanche.

Thanks to this victory, the Wrocław representatives hold a 7-2 record, cementing their position at the very top of the AFLE - The League Europe standings.

„I think we came out with a certain plan today and we made some great halftime adjustments. We were able to move the ball pretty quickly down the field. Our defense came out and shut them out in the second half. They started the second half with a great loss of down, or loss of yardage play, and that was a big momentum setter for us, and our offense came and we adjusted and we had tempo, and we were able to score pretty much every drive in the second half.” - comments Douglas Fryer, wide receivers coach for Panthers Wrocław.

Saturday's clash at the Olympic Stadium will go down in history as a special day for American football in Lower Silesia - not only because of the result but also due to the incredible atmosphere. Trip to Vienna and a Grand Return to the Olympic Stadium

Now, the Panthers Wrocław players face a well-deserved bye week. They will return to European competition on Saturday, August 8th, when they travel to face the hitherto undefeated Vienna Vikings.

In turn, the Panthers will play their next and final home game of the 2026 season on Sunday, August 16th, at the Olympic Stadium, where they will host the London Warriors. The club is already announcing that apart from sporting thrills, a unique spectacle awaits the fans. On the occasion of the Polish Armed Forces Day, which falls the day before, this game will feature a „Military Day” theme - the Polish Army will be present at the stadium, and fans will be able to see military highlights up close.

There will also be a traditional American-style celebration. A special attraction zone will be set up at the stadium area, including food trucks, a children's zone with inflatables, numerous surprises, and meet-and-greets with the team's mascots.
