Last game of the regular season. Destination: Berlin!

This coming Saturday, Panthers Wrocław will play their final regular-season game of the European competition AFLE - The League Europe. The Wrocław team will face Berlin Thunder away from home, with kickoff scheduled for 3:00 PM. The broadcast will be available on the AFLE+ platform and on Polsat Sport Fight.

Head Coach Dave Likins’ squad faces their final regular-season clash against a well-known opponent, Berlin Thunder. For the German capital’s team, this will be the final game of the season - with a 5-6 record, they have already lost their chance to advance to the playoffs. Despite unfavorable results, Thunder showed a very strong performance in the 2026 season, particularly on offense. Their quarterback, Jakeb Sullivan, leads the league in passing stats with over 3,300 yards. The Panthers’ defense faces a tough task to contain the rival offense. In the first matchup between the two teams, the Polish representatives came out on top, winning 50-12 at Tarczyński Arena in Wrocław.

„We enjoyed a great game vs very good London team. We executed on Offense - Defense and Special Teams, put the game away by halftime and were able to play our backup players a lot. This helps us in a lot of ways. We look forward to playing in Berlin! They have the best passing game in The League and it will be a challenge for our Defense. We will play the game to win in Berlin and them move on the the AFLE Playoffs!” - comments Dave Likins, head coach of Panthers Wrocław.

„We know this is our final game of the regular season, so we want to approach it with total focus. There’s a lot of positive energy, but at the same time, we’re well aware that a demanding match lies ahead. Above all, I’m expecting a very intense and physical game. I’d like to invite all our fans to watch the match on TV. Stay with us and enjoy the final game of the regular season together with us. See you there!” - adds Jakub Rybicki, offensive lineman for Panthers Wrocław.

The matchup in Berlin will be the final touch of the 2026 regular season for Panthers Wrocław in AFLE - The League Europe. Thanks to an outstanding performance throughout the entire competition, the Panthers have already secured their spot in the semifinals ahead of this clash. On Sunday, August 30, the Wrocław team will play in Duisburg for a place in the championship game - the Gold Bowl - where their opponent will be Rhein Fire.
