Historic Panthers Wrocław. The Poles will play for the The League Europe title.

Panthers Wrocław secure a historic advancement to the grand final of the European AFLE - The League Europe competition! In a hard-fought away semifinal battle, the Wrocław team defeated the German squad Rhein Fire 41:40.

Panthers traveled to Germany with a single objective: win the game and advance to the grand final. From the opening minutes, they set their own pace against their opponents. Juan Flores-Calderon opened the scoring with a spectacular 60-yard touchdown. Shortly after, Marko Vidackovic intercepted the ball, paving the way for Mike Harley Jr. to extend the lead. Panthers quickly jumped to a 14-0 advantage and completely controlled the tempo of the game. Over time, Fire began fighting back, but Panthers kept pushing the ball downfield on offense, with Dawid Brzozowski and Bartosz Woch both scoring before the half. The team headed to the locker room holding a 6-point lead.

The hosts took control in the second half, scoring three unanswered touchdowns to build a commanding 13-point lead. However, Panthers refused to back down. In the fourth quarter, Mike Harley Jr. cut into the deficit with another touchdown. Soon after, quarterback Jameson Wang rushed into the end zone to tie the game. Jakub Ciurkot delivered the decisive blow, converting the extra point to give Panthers the lead - one they held onto until the final whistle.

„I'm just immensely proud of this football team. That was an incredible ball game tonight. We're 11-2. We have beaten every team in this league and we're going to the championship. My hat is off to our players who played with such toughness and resilience. It's off to our coaching staff, to our physios, our front office. I mean this is a victory for everybody. And I'd like to thank the Tarczyński company and the Tarczyński family for supporting us. They make all this happen, and I hope they're pleased with what we've done this year.” - comments Dave Likins, head coach of Panthers Wrocław

„So much happened in this game - a lot of good, but also some bad. None of that matters now, because we are heading to the finals! In a week, we return to the same city to defeat the Vikings once again.” - added Daniel Piątkowski, Safety for Panthers Wrocław.

„The entire team put in a hell of a performance. We fought with everything we had for all four quarters to pull off this win. I’m so proud of this group. We did it! We’re going to the grand final!” - concluded Jakub Ciurkot, Kicker for Panthers Wrocław.
